"About The Conference"

This free annual virtual conference is led by senior emergency medicine consultants and professors from around the world, aiming to advance emergency medicine practice globally.

The conference also provides an opportunity for abstract submission and publication.


This year's conference will have the themes of

There will be a focus on "The role of Emergency Medicine in War Zones" using real-life experience.

 Key Details:

  • Role: As an ambassador, your main responsibility will be to promote the conference within your organization. You’ll have direct access to the organizing committee, ensuring you are fully supported in your role.
  • Recognition: Ambassadors will have their names featured on the conference website and will receive a participation certificate upon the conference’s conclusion.

"Abstract Submission"

We welcome abstract submissions from practicing physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs), Physician associates (PAs), and medical students interested in Emergency Medicine, or related specialties like Acute Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Pre-hospital Medicine. 

Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by at least two scientific committee members. 

Abstract submission is FREE of charge. The maximum word count is 350 words.

  • Abstract categories:

1. Case report.

2. Original research.

3. Audits/Quality improvement project.

  • Abstract types:

 1) E-posters (On the 16th of July 2025):  

All accepted E- posters will be exhibited on the conference website page and abstracts will be published on the conference website page in the abstract booklet.

 2) Oral presentations (On the 16th of July 2025):  

The top-scoring abstract will be chosen for online virtual oral presentation as part of the conference's main program.

  • Important dates:

1. Call for abstract submission: From 25/01/2025 to 15/06/2025.

2. Review of abstracts by scientific committee: From 16/06/2025 to 30/06/2025.

3. Announcement of accepted abstracts: On the 01/07/2025.

4. Uploading the accepted E-posters: From the 01/07/2025 to 10/07/2025.

5. Exhibition of virtual E-posters on the conference website page: On the 16th of July from 11:00 to 13:00 UK time.

6. The actual conference and accepted oral presentations: On the 16th of July 2025.
